Hi, I’m Callye (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Austin, Texas. I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and life transitions — and I know how important it is to feel grounded and emotionally safe, especially in the space you call home.
For many of my clients, their animal plays a vital role in that emotional safety. And when housing policies threaten that connection, it can create unnecessary distress. That’s why I offer ethical, compassionate Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations — so you can access the accommodations you deserve without jumping through confusing or predatory hoops.
Clinical Experience Meets Real-World Support
I’ve worked in counseling settings ranging from schools to group practices to private practice, and my work has always centered around honoring the full humanity of the people I serve. When it comes to ESA letters, I bring that same thoughtfulness and integrity. I’m not here to rubber-stamp a document or offer a “quick fix.” I’m here to:
Listen to your story and needs
Assess your situation thoroughly and ethically
Advocate for you when it counts
I stay up to date on legal changes around ESAs (especially in Texas) and write letters that meet federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) standards.
My Style
Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to. I bring a sense of humor when it’s needed and a steady presence when things feel overwhelming. I take my responsibility as a licensed clinician seriously — and I also recognize how emotional support animals can be a very real part of someone’s mental health care system.
If you’re someone who:
Already knows how much your animal helps you feel safe or stable
Is navigating housing stress or uncertainty
Wants to make sure you're following legal and ethical guidelines
…you’re in the right place.
Personal Details
I love basking in the sunshine, hanging out with my poorly behaved dog, watching lots of stand-up comedy, and playing sports. I'm a big-time animal lover and would have lions as pets if I could -- ya know, if it weren't for the fact that they'd kill me.
